I called the office because I was having a bit of an issue with a tooth and they offered me an appointment that very day. Once I was seen by the dentist it was determined I needed to be seen by an endodontist and they immediately went to work to secure an appointment with an excellent endodontic office, again that very day. Their dedication to their patients is amazing and seemingly neverending!

Genuine

Honest, genuine and professional. Two weeks ago I had my cleaning and it was discovered that I needed three fillings. My appointment was today at 8am sharp, I was in the chair ready to go at 8:02 I was very surprised. The doctor and the assistant were very professional and work awesome together, both of them had some slight small talk about a tv show the both enjoyed it really brought the human aspect it and lighted the mood. After they were done I asked the doctor if he could schedule a time to repair a very old front tooth filling that looked terrible.(Not done here) he rolled his chair to the computer and said let’s do it right now if you have time. One hour and 45min I have my smile back! Thank you keystone dental you have an amazing staff that actually cares about people not one that trying to up sell you on fluoride rinses and golden toothpaste.

Caring

Everything I was looking for in a dental practice! I had recently moved to NH and was hesitant about leaving the dental practice that I have been going to for decades in MA. A friend recommended Keystone Dental and I will be forever grateful as they are everything I was looking for in a dental practice …. friendly, accommodating, caring, with state-of-the-art procedures and equipment, etc……. Friendly

Always friendly and high quality workmanship. Professional but still personable, kind and extremely understanding to my needs as their patient. Perfectionism is a standard from each employee but most especially Dr. Christian himself. Why wouldn’t I go to them when they want to give their best for my smile as much as I want for my smile. Your team is so awesome that for the first time in 50 years I don’t get the butterflies and dread I have had my whole life going to other dentists. That’s priceless in my book!

Kind

Great hospitality, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. Even though I hadn’t been to the dentist for 12 years, they were still able to diagnose my dental pains. Suffice to say, I’ll be going to the dentist regularly, and, if your dentist says you need your wisdom teeth removed, don’t take a second opinion from someone else! But the staff was all kind and even explained what I needed to do in a calm and comforting manner. It was as quite as a library in there, too- most certainly a plus for everyone.

Relaxed

Immediately upon coming in the door you are made to feel relaxed – professionalism shows immediately! Even the atmosphere makes me feel at ease. Having worked in a dental office years ago, I was amazed at the change that has been made to make the patient feel relaxed – the concern for what is being done helps and you understand what the Dr. is doing.

Professional detailed care. I was very impressed with Keystone Dental Arts. They have the latest technology, explained everything and were extremely accommodating. I’ve spent a lot of time in dentist offices over the last 30 years and hands down Dr. Robert Christian is my favorite. He never rushed anything, answered any questions I had, and spent more time with me than any other dentist ever has (and I’ve seen my fair share of them). The entire office is extremely friendly and welcoming. I found my forever home for all of my dental needs at Keystone!
