Welcome to Keystone Dental Arts!

We’re dedicated to making sure your first visit and new patient experience is as convenient and stress-free as possible!

If you ever have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask one of our friendly and knowledgeable team members for assistance.

Before you arrive for your first appointment at our office, we’ll coordinate with you to gather the following information:

  • All records and X-rays from your previous dentist.
  • A list of medications you are presently taking, or medical conditions that may be of concern. For example, if you require antibiotics prior to dental cleanings.
  • If you have dental insurance, a copy of your insurance card can be faxed to 603-692-5850. This allows us to run a full, complementary benefits check for you, so we can be better informed to answer your billing questions at the time of your first visit.
  • To pre-submit your New Patient Forms, click button on the right to conveniently complete and submit online for each visiting member of your family.

Insurance and Financial Policy

At Keystone Dental Arts, we make every effort to provide you with convenient financial options. We know that everyone’s financial situation is a bit different, and we are happy to work with you to maximize your insurance benefits, or make payment arrangements for those procedures not covered by insurance.

Keystone Dental Arts is a Northeast Delta Dental Premier & PPO Provider, and we can usually submit claims to any other insurance company on your behalf.

You are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of insurance coverage.

Statements for any outstanding balance are sent monthly. Most insurance companies process claims within four to six weeks. Please call us if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that timeframe.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit.

For patients with insurance, please bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment to ensure accurate billing.

If at any time you have questions regarding your account, please call us at (603) 692.9229. We are happy to help, and since dental insurance can be confusing, many times a simple telephone call will answer those questions for you.
