Having practiced in the Tri-City area for 40 years+, we believe in giving back to the community that has given us so much! From our annual Keystone vs. Hunger food drive, events to benefit Cocheco Valley Humane Society, to keeping our neighborhood clean as an Adopt-A-Highway participant, Keystone Dental Arts is always looking for ways to make a difference.
We often invite the help of our patients in community giving and they are always quick to pitch in. We appreciate the contributions they make in our charitable efforts.
Throughout the year, we also celebrate random Patient Appreciation Days, where we surprise visiting patients with a small token of our appreciation. Whenever possible, we source items that are produced locally (many times by other patients), such as a basket of fresh apples, jar honey or BBQ rub!

Keystone vs Hunger 2019
Proper nutrition is fundamental to our mission of promoting good oral health and every year our Keystone Cares Team collects nonperishable food items and monetary donations to benefit our local neighbors in need.
In the past, our efforts have supported local organizations in our community such as, Gerry’s Food Pantry, the NH Food Bank, Strafford County Community Action and Seeds of Faith.
The mission of the Raider Station is to diminish or end food insecurity for the students of Spaulding High School in the most convenient, discreet and easily accessible means possible. The Raider Station aligns itself with additional services and resources available in the community to promote the overall well-being of students
Your donations to our 2019 Keystone vs Hunger campaign aided the Spaulding Raider Station Student Pantry in providing food & personal care products to students in need to take home for overnight, weekend & school vacations.
With your help, in 2019 we collected $320.00 in monetary donations, 162 food items and 25 personal care items. KDA matched your donations with $250.00 for a total of $570.00 and we also sent along 5 boxes of toothpaste.
It’s difficult to imagine facing even a day without a proper meal. These young students deserve some security and dignity, to face extended periods away from school with some nourishment and basic personal care items.
We’re so grateful for your help to give that to them. Thank you!

Do Something PAWSitive 2019
We’re proud to be a regular supporter of the work our friends at Cocheco Valley Humane Society do for our community. With the help of our patients, staff and friends, we’ve helped in the past with an Adopt-A-Thon, supply needs and fundraising. Last year, our Do Something PAWSitive campaign helped to raise money to fund new dental equipment for the CVHS surgical suite – because animals need a healthy smile too!
CVHS provides shelter and finds homes for hundreds of animals every year. To be exact, in 2018 they facilitated 768 adoptions, that is more than 3 per day in a business work schedule. Needless to say, the work never ends and the need is constant.
In 2019 we collected donations for the CVHS general fund, to be used where they are most needed. With the help of our patients, staff and friends we collected $306 dollars and in keeping with tradition, we matched $250. We presented CVHS Development Director, Deborah Shelton with a check totaling $606 for 2019.
Organized by the PTAs of Maple Wood, Idlehurst, and Somersworth Middle School, the Hilltop Hustle is a 5k Road Race and Fitness Walk that took place in June through the residential areas of Somersworth, NH.
Keystone Dental Arts is proud to support this wonderful community event for runners and walkers of all ages and abilities. Proceeds go to the Parent Teacher Associations for the Somersworth schools.

We always have past and present members of our troops close at heart. When we learned about the Valentine’s For The Troops project coordinated by the amazing folks at the Pease Greeters, we knew we wanted to get involved. Each year they ship 5,000+ Valentine cards with messages of love and appreciation to our troops, collected through the participation of schools, greeters, and local companies.
Throughout 2018 we invited patients to use the creation station in our lobby to write thank you cards or send encouraging words to our troops. We collected 122 wonderful cards filled with love and good sentiment from New Hampshire for the 2019 Valentine project. We also made a monetary donation in support of the work of the Pease Greeters.
The mission of the Raider Station is to diminish or end food insecurity for the students of Spaulding High School in the most convenient, discreet and easily accessible means possible.
With the generosity of our patients, staff and friends, Keystone vs Hunger helped the Pantry to allow local students be more food secure while away from school and make it a little easier for them to face a school day, knowing they have the basic hygiene essentials they need. We collected 200 food and personal care items plus $152.25 in cash. Our matching donation brought the total to $402.25 and we also sent along 216 tubes of toothpaste.
Keystone Dental Arts is proud to be a Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Champion where graduating seniors in high school who are either employed by or have a parent employed by a company that is a member of the Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce, are eligible to apply for a $500 scholarship.
The deadline to submit the completed scholarship application for 2019 is now closed.
In 2015 our Keystone Cares team hosted a Pet Adopt-A-Thon to help our furry friends find their forever home. In 2016, we enlisted our social followers to “Show Us Your Pet” where we made a donation for each photo shared. Most recently, we held the Floss Like A Boss for a Cause challenge where we made a donation on behalf of every patient who pledged to Floss Like A Boss – every day for 30 days.
These combined events resulted in more than $1000 in funds raised for CVHS.
Keystone Dental Arts has been a sponsor of the NHDOT Adopt-A-Highway program committed to making our highways cleaner and more attractive and at the same time control the growing cost of litter removal. Our work as a past sponsor served to beautify and keep clean a stretch of our very own Route 108 in Somersworth.
